Only thing I don’t like is the closed bolt

    Why add the complication

Makes it more a nova-style meme gun than a serious competitor to tourney mechs, but I am dying to be surprised and proven wrong

Some people prefer the way a closed bolt marker shots. That’s why. Meteor comes from all these autocockers and wanted to over a “competitive” mech that was closed bolt. I think it’ll do great based on my experience with Meteor guns in the past.

Being a closed bolt is the draw, not many out there like this.

Really think they should have gone with a reverse fade on these. I think it would look hot and very early 2000s with those body lines.

Here's their latest update based on what us nerds have been DMing them no doubt.

Closed bolt spoolie with what I'm describing as a PE-inspired, slide trigger activated horizontal three-way thingy.

Some insights from FB for people who don't use it:

They're encouraging the production of a plethora of aftermarket parts.

They already plan a few accessories themselves like a pull pin for bolt access and foregrip options.

The foregrip can be moved closer to the guard at the other threaded location.

The blue part at the barrel end of the breech is a detent.

      No pump kit plans

I'll update if anymore info drops, and I'm happy to forward any questions to them as well.

Looks pretty neat though so far, but that's as someone who has 2 mechs and barely uses them.

Pretty similar, eh? Obviously y0da's is an adaptation of an existing spool valve, but still.

Onto it self the Yoda bolt was a take on an early generation SFT called "the legion shocker"

Any chance these could run off Co2? From what I'm reading that's a no.

There is no solenoid to fry. Anything else "can" run off C02, just depends on how long the orings will last. :P

I'd like a simpler body on one. Meteor's stuff has always been too busy for me.
