Pump-co Loco Planning

As Bret mentioned at Ambush, we're planning a pump day at Poco Loco in May. We talked about dates and May 17th looks good. Once we finalize a date, I'll contact the field.

I see that Slims was just announced for the same weekend. Personally, I'm in no danger of driving to New Hampshire. But if a chunk of this group is planning to attend Slims, I'm perfectly happy to look at alternate dates for Poco Loco. May 3rd and 10th are open for me too.

I spoke with the Poco Loco owner (Jeff). He's good with whatever day we choose in mid-May. I haven't seen any objections to the 17th, so let's call it a set date.

Jeff is pretty sure we'll be fielding most of the people even if they promote the event. No surprise there, just passing along info.

He also floated the idea of making it a pump tournament, with whatever team sizes and rules we want to use. I'm neutral on that one but I figured I'd check the group opinion as well.

Just to close the loop, we're confirmed for a pump day at Poco Loco on Saturday May 17th. They're going to post it up for general attendance, so I'll spread the word as well.
