Ruth seems to be playing the "long game".lol The post in USPS thread is a weird edit. Ruthlewis joins the forum and makes a post. Then waited a month to edit with the spam link. That post is over a year old though(slipped it past us grumpy old spam hunters). Now if ruthlewis waits a month and edits, this latest post, with a spam link.....

So a few years ago, a statistics showed that nearly 1/3 of all phone calls were scam calls. That's a fairly high number. I wonder what the tipping point is where people simply wouldn't trust any incoming phone calls, or if the screening of the scam calls was too much an irritation that they use their phone less, or not at all. I see spammers targeting message boards and see a correlation there. I had a message in the PM inbox and was excited to hopefully find the item I was looking for buuuuuut it was a scammer. That is deflating when it repeatedly happens. Bloody scammers!
