Lifetime membership expired?

I paid for a lifetime membership shortly before the old forum was hacked. Now each year, my lifetime membership expires and I lose member status. I see it has expired again. How can I go about getting my account membership corrected so that my lifetime membership does not expire anymore?

Go into your user settings and go to subscriptions. Your money goes directly to helping keep this site going.
