    Is the automatic subscription renewal not working?

    I've been a paid member since around 2011 (maybe earlier), and have always had the recurring subscription payment feature turned on. I was notified on 11/28 that my subscription was about to renew, and didn't think much of it as I assumed the process would be automatic - as it's always been. My PayPal account shows no MCB withdrawal and I'm now showing up as non-paying member (blue). When I went to the user settings/subscriptions tab, I didn't see anything for a recurring subscription and it looks like I need to re-apply for a new membership at $15/year - I believe I had been grandfathered in at the older $10/year rate. Is the automatic membership renewal not working or am I missing something?

    I believe the subscription should be in your PayPal account not on here. I will flag the boss down on this though.

      He flagged me, I'll get you green and look into it. It is all done on the PayPal side, but I'll take care of you first and worry bout the rest after

        Thanks carter! I checked PayPal again and there isn't any transactions or mention of the MCB network like there has been in the past. Weird.
