This occasionally happens to me where I can't tag a particular person in a post. It's very random and resolves after a while. For a current example see the comment thread under post 1648 in the random picture thread. Olsson was unable to tag me and I was unable to tag him. Although now it seems to be working again at least my ability to tag him is now working again.
