Login missing from desktop page

So I can’t find a way to login on a desktop. Maybe I’m just special, but it seems to have disappeared. I remember it being there several months ago.

I am using firefox and it seems to still be there.

So for some reason, the page wasn't loading all the way at the top. No matter how many times I scrolled up and down it wouldn't show. So I just reloaded the homepage and zoomed in/out. The top bar finally showed up.

Way to suck google. Not even a good place to buy goggles... lame.
