Actually, they just did the common scammer trick of finding an old random thread that's not had a post in a while, then copy and repost it as their own so as to appear like they are a legitimate person with knowledge/interest in the topic of the forum. In reality, most of the scammers know nothing about the topic of the forum, be it paintball, cars, motorcycles, etc. This is the original "Ramping in rec?" started by Jonnydread in 2023.

That's definitely scammer plagiarism... word for word, copy and paste of the thread title and the post itself. They just moved it to a different section of the forum (dead zone / ask the experts)
Hmmm..The scammer's thread content could probably be merged with Jonnydread's 2023 thread/post content. Then the scammers content removed. It would save the additional content but, then make it look like superman bumped an old 2 1/2-year dead thread.
