Disable or Limit Pictures in Signatures

Like the title says, I think we need to remove pictures from signatures or at least limit them in both size and quantity.

We have a rule limiting signatures to ten lines. I have reached out to the member in question and if it isn't resolved in 24 hours I'll remove it myself.

For what it's worth, I'd rather you all contact a mod privately before complaining about a specific member on the open forums. I'm sure this is a simple oversight and not a deliberate attempt to be annoying
