                Because sometimes in life you need to talk about something big, and you aren't ready for people to know who it is.

                Or when you have advice to give someone but it puts you about something.

                And no, theol mods don't know who is posting it.

                        Nope. Only Carter can do it and he needs to actively try to see who it is. It's not something that he is going to do accidentally. He also stated that he would never do that unless absolutely needed for an extreme scenario.

                        I think those that were green on the last site can all agree that the feature was not abused, even if sometimes we did scratch our heads as to why something was posted that way.

                          Agree with Nish. If anybody was outed, I never saw it. Except for when OP forgets to click the "post anonymously" checkbox on follow-up posts

                              A listing of pages after the post in the "New Topics" would be nice, or automatically bringing you to the last read post on a topic. Basically I don't want to have to keep clicking on a topic then going to the last page manually.

                                  I noticed that people have a "reputation" bar under their user name. Is there a way to contribute to a user's reputation? I don't see it as an option in people's profiles.

                                        the "comment" thing on this forum is new and strange...

                                        I also suspect it has to do with post "likes"
                                        It also seems as if I can not "like" a post comment. Kinda weird.

                                        It doesn't seem to be affected by post count. I know that much.

                                                Honestly. There are a lot of people working on a lot of projects. Most of which are way above my ability. I think thats on the to do list some place though.
