Stock class specific section

a few weeks ago I noticed the old StockClassPaintball forum is no more, I spent quite some time there back in the day and am sad to see it go.

I was wondering if we could get a general stock class section made, obviously a ton of us play stock stock class and info is all over this site, it would be nice to have a place to general setups, comparisons, gear that works for you. Just general SCP bullshit.

I would second this motion. I loved the old SCP when it was alive and well, and that’s actually how I found MCB...lots of crossover between both sites back then.

I also started on SCP and I play primarily stock class. I'm going to play devils advocate here.

Why?

Are you having trouble finding something you are looking for or not sure where to put something?

Just seems like a void MCB could fill, the only other stock class forum I'm aware of at this point is R/rockncock and its not very active and well...reddits good for the tiddies but not much else.

The nation is a nightmare, and we don't need to talk about how awful facebook is. This is the best place to fill the void and at least maybe draw a few more people out that just lurk on here, I'm sure there are a few of them.


Stockclass always seems to be made up of the most random homemade rigs, ancient gear that you're average player has never and probably will never see. Some small company makes a pack or harness for like 10 years and then goes away, or some dude builds a stock class pump in his garage out of parts from 9 different guns, It's really the most niche paintball you could get into, shit how many open class players won't even try it? And there isn't anywhere to share all that random knowledge and not have to look through 9 different sections on here hoping to find a few threads relevant to that interest, or make a post and hope you get a few responses.


I know there are those that think the forum is already too spread out but there's an awful lot of paintball that could fall under that 1 section.

The number of ebay sections are directly correlated to that being the sights initial reason for existing. Carter wanted to share the cool stuff and good deals he found on ebay.

I agree that this is THE place to talk about stock class paintball. But The site surely doesn't need another sub-forum that only sees a post or two in a week, or worse in a month.

It can happen but do we see the traffic to need it?
