BOA barrel in very nice shape. 10" from tip to tail. I'm unsure what the material on this one is however it's nicely done and durable. It comes as shown with orings and metal detent. The bore inside is great.
I don't have experience with hydro dipping, however I think this is something other than that. It is nicely done. Perhaps someone will chime in as to what it may be.
Rough idea on bore size? If it doesn't weigh a metric ton i would wager aluminum from the pictures and finish.
BOAs are always hard chrome brass. They did offer powdercoat, but over the chrome. Bore sizes were either .692 or .688... smaller bores were possible but rarely ordered.
