    KPCS Ma-Deuce-A II

    KPCS Ma-Deuce-A II

    Some specs:
    KPCS Ma-Deuce-A II body
    KPCS Ma-Deuce-A II pump kit
    KPCS front block
    Benchmark slider 45 frame
    CP regulator with gauge
    CCM mini rail and on/off
    AKA Lightning bolts
    AKA bolt pins
    KAPP ball detents
Freak bored ANS Phase II barrels
    Custom made Medusa grip panels

This above list is taken from an old post... but I don't imagine anything has changed. It is currently set up as a pump w/ Chuck E Ducky. It is firing, however, we are struggling to get it up to a playable velocity. I do have all the pneumatics, as well. However, those have never been used since I took ownership.

I would like to see $1500 shipped.
    Member's Price: $1350 shipped.

I will be having this fixed and working if this doesn't get bought first. Once it is, obviously, those prices will go up.

Any one know if it would be possible to chuck an eblade on this thing?

If I recall from previous builds people have done. Yes but without the eye.

I think the big issue with Eblades on these types of builds is it is hard to get the valve to move enough air to fire both barrels at velocity at eblade BPS speeds. You'd probably need a high flowing valve with a stiff hammer spring to keep it open.

A balanced valve will likely be the best kind of option for these.. not so much for flow, but it will allow you to run higher pressures with out needing an extremely strong hammer spring, and crazy high LPR

Playing pump with these is so much fun, get a lot of head turns, questions and eliminations.

Doc does offer his with semi options, so doing eblade I am sure is something he can do.

              Surprised this still here.

Not that I think it matters terrible, but can a mod switch this to the Rare/Old section?

                  Also, bump.

As for the velocity, while it's an issue with a regular 'Cocker, it's understandably even more important on a double barrel: Bore size and bolt porting.

A slight underbore, and better yet, a long bore, are preferable. You want to minimize blowby, without adding too much drag. My recommendation has been to use the newer XL Freaks, or a matched set of 14" straight-bores.

Second, the "wide open" bolts are not recommended. I think Ken set that one up with Lightnings, and those are a poor choice in this case. The idea is- for any 'Cocker- to minimize how much the slug of air coming out of the valve, is allowed to expand. The more it expands, the less energy it has, and therefore the less it can apply to the ball.

Keep the bolt passage the same diameter from the valve, through the body, and through the bolt, and that's about as ideal as you can get. That's how I make the Vee-Twin bolts- and how we used to make the FastBack bolts- and the only time I've had anyone complain, is when they put a bigger bore, "high flow" bolt on it.
