I'd buy a 'noid cap from you as well.

My experience has been the same.
They crack in the threads. which should be an easy fix but then I have a hard time sealing the top to the bottom.

That would be awesome! At least something to hopefully get it going again. Right now it’s still in parts and pieces sitting on my kitchen table!

That’s the Proto solenoid looks pretty similar except the Airline fittings are all different and the SP-1 solenoid has leads that plug directly from the bottom of the solenoid into the board versus the wire leads on the style you showed. Could probably make it work but it would take some serious cutting and fitting

Almost looks like a Dye Rize 'noid.

edit...it didn't click when Chaz said Proto...

Yep, same thing Target. Looks so close, yet so far away!

I'd rather find a solenoid for my SP1 than mech it.
I have an eNMEy already and its my most used marker.

I would probably snap the barbs on the Proto / Dye solenoid trying to replace the hoses but I'd give it a shot if the $$ is reasonable.
I do not know the voltage output of the SP board will operate the Dye part.

Yep Target, I was also tempted to purchase the Proto solenoid too, but that’s exactly what I’m worried about as well. It looks like some of those hose barbs are reinforced with a special sealant by the manufacturer when the hose is pressed on. I could totally picture myself snapping something off trying to swap the hoses and FUBAR-ing the entire thing!

Purchased a Tippmann stryker Solenoid from ANS gear. Wasn’t even close! The search is still on, any leads would be greatly appreciated!

Might be willing to purchase entire board assembly if it had a good solenoid. NOS Virtue board for sale on eBay right now, but I think u were supposed to use your old solenoid with those…

Does anyone who tried to repair their solenoids and failed still have the broken parts?
