Shane-O used to work security at a rink, and would take home broken sticks. He had someone make aluminum mounting brackets, that would fit the inside of a hollow
stick shaft. It was drilled for bottom-line mounting. He’d cap them with a tennis ball. Poorly drawn example below:
i don’t think they shipped with tennis balls tho just the normal plastic nub on the end of a hockey stick. He would let you pick color combos that matched your gun. I just want any of them. I feel like he made a lot of em
but haven’t seen one since.
Considering how often hockey sticks break, there should be a good supply of dead sticks. I’ve got a bunch in my basement. I assume he used composite sticks for this?
but I really want one he made with the adapter. I think you could just use long screws and mount straight through the hockey stick but I don’t want to do that.
if you have one, and don’t want to sell it, please post a picture so people know what I’m talking about (mars illustration is solid but photos are nice too
What if I told you the hockey stock never existed in the first place? That it was all in your head. Nothing but an elaborate delusion. Is the hockey stock here with us now?
