They make mini-regulators that are commonly used for air dental tools that take cocker LPR hose in and out. Can mount one between the 3-way and the ram to lower pressure on the close stroke. Total cost like $40. Only question is if that little regulator can work fast enough.

That is very interesting. I think I would still need another barb on the three way though,

I was using one for a pneucocker to lower lpr pressure at the frame equals lighter action of the Msv-2 switch. It worked, but was way to cramped in the frame, and turns out the MSV-2 switch was plenty light already.

Nice first post Pat. I hope automeister snags this, and shares his build.

So this is a cool product, and a cool conversation.

If there's enough pressure differential to bind, could the switch be redesigned with two bore diameters - one large for the low side, one small for the high side - to offset the differential? Maybe even "shade" the trigger forward for an "air spring" feel? I think it would depend a lot on the arrangement of the internal o- rings.

Sorry about the goods and services part Carp, it's been a long time since I was on mcb. I will adjust it now. I need to get a few posts before I can respond to private messages. Hold tight Automeister, I'm trying to get back to you.

The "Goods & Services" part is fine. It was the "PayPal w/fees" part. If you want to up your asking price, feel free to do so. Unfortunately, It will be about 9 more full days before you can respond or initiate any PM's. automeister can PM you with an alternative contact method, if he's comfortable with that. Anywho....Welcome back to MCB and good luck with your sales.

It's definitely a cool idea Nate. I have owned two and never really got around to messing with them, so I couldn't elaborate on them unfortunately.
I would much rather it went to an mcb member that released to the clutches of Facebook.

Whoever ends up buying Pbpat's Gemini kit, you can have my original box and paperwork. I had lost it a decade or more ago when I sold my Gemini kit, and it showed up after moving. OP has gone quiet, so whomever buys his, just pay shipping for the box. It's a nice little collectors piece.

Sorry man. You went quiet in the PM's and I thought maybe you'd lost interest. I'll hold it until I hear from you.

Tracking shows that the gemini was delivered. Hopefully the postal service was nice to it.
