    I'm not positive but I've already tried a 1.6 and while it does thread in you can feel that it's loose so I'm not sure I want to try and push it

      Okay I finally found them and got them ordered using the part number that was given to me by SMC. They have to ship out of Indiana to get to me so it'll be about a week

        Glad you were able to find it. I was going to recommend buying some m1.7 threaded rod, cutting to length, and adhering a low profile nut in place. But even that is hard to find.

          Yeah I thought about that as well and found the same thing.

          It's just kind of a weird situation. Can't use rod, most 1.7 screws that you can find top out at 16mm. Trimming down the top deck of the noid by 1mm was still an option although not a good one.

          Drilling for anything larger wasn't really an option, besides having to drill the mounting holes through the noid, the real problem was the way the manifold is, the screws are so close to one side I would be really worried drilling for anything larger would result in the screws coming through the side wall.
