I think you'll find alot of the pre 2000 Spyders and there clones will fit your MR1. After 2000 they started to flat mill the frames and bodies. A Bob Long's B.L.A.S.T. single trigger finger groove will work, but needs longer screw for the back of frame. DYE made a frame back in the day, hard to find today and Kingman is a meer shadow of what they once were.
check all available resources such as forums like this, local buy& sell, deals can be found for full markers and use the parts you need
Since you like to tinker with MR1,(me too) thought i'd show you my little collection. the center and the 2 on the right are BLAST frames. front and center is a kingman/Spyder frame and bottom left is a RAS frame,(a canadian built spyder clone) If you come across a BLAST frame NOS, you'll need to put internals in it. Triggers can be found at I&I Sports if they still have inventory. Also look at the paintball pistols(G1,G2,ZUES...) All Spyder type clones.

Duuuuuude. This is awesome. I'm thinking I might make mine a pump. Gotta figure out the mechanics of that. But dang if that image isn't awesome inspiration...
All this started when i wanted a pistol and couldn't lay my hands on a Zues,so figured i'd build my own, MR1'S were plentiful and cheap, some were free just pay shipping.(Frames wer reasonably priced at the time). finally completed an MR1 in pistol congiration, minus a springfeed tube, but that's a work in project. Since this was started i know have 5 Zues pistols and these.Go figure!,but it's the MCB Way! Good luck with your build.
