Ok, now I have even more questions. Where do I start....??

Which internals are you wanting to use? Or are you wanting to just kind of cut-off the Sheridan barrel/breach area and slip on the Phantom body?

Which bolt is better on paint ? Standard pgp or speed demon bolt ?

Speed demon bolt are always better than a stock bolt(IMHO)...When it comes to sheridan marker.

Speed demons. That's which I put them in my PG builds. The only this is you have to cover the old feed hole and make a new one farther forward. You loose about an inch of inner barrel, but its definitely worth it. At least until the Netsurferdudes centerfire PGP bolts are done. Those are drop in replacements.

I can make the whole thing smaller if I use a regular Pgp bolt , but it may have better performance with a speed demon bolt.

So I'm guessing you want it to still work like a Sheridan, but use the Phantom bolt and barrels? I'm not sure what the point is, but I'm not gonna complain. Let's see where this goes...

A custom bolt will likely be needed, the nelson bolt isnt going to have the linkage to the hammer.

Also a slot for the pump handle or teh bolt/hammer linkage will need to be done depending of the orientation of the body.
