45° Elbow Clamping Feedneck

So parts are now in Production. JLC had them flagged as possibly prohibited items (which specifically includes gun-, toy gun- and airsoft parts) and had me sweating for a second. Turns out the clamping lever just looked like a trigger to them and they were perfectly happy with an assembled view of the pipe elbow....
I'm on vacation next week, so the parts will be here when I return.

After one more shipping hiccup I finally have the parts in hand, hardware at home and should be able to field test them tomorrow. What a convergence.

What material was used?Im having prototype printed for my micromag so i can use empire spring feed

I had some old aluminum pipe pieces i cut into 45s, they were threaded for mini feednecks and drilled and tapped for setscrews. sold my last one to somebody on here.
I had the idea a few months ago to draw up the sconi lean and take a slice out so its true 45 also. that ones still in the works!

Assembly is done, super happy with the fit. Hopper could be marginally tighter, feedneck is perfect.
The metal washer was supposed to reduce plastic on plastic wear, but it digs into the lever instead, so I’ll just omit it.

all in all it feels very solid and if it doesn’t break tomorrow I’m going to set up an order form.

The Elow performed great over a full day of play, as I already noticed only the Hopper side was a bit loose and I have adjusted the model accordingly.
