    flyweightnate i tried a flex hone. Makes it shiny without changing the dimesnions much. I made this super cheap "lapping tool" which does a much better job of removing high points

    1/2" cpvc that i hacksawed a split into. Sandpaper. Tapered stick to adjust the size

      Fair enough... I suppose it depends how small your paint is! Some of the big games here it's .670-.673.

      I might try to ream or hone slightly larger then wedgit.

        So i got a batch that had a wayyy smaller ID. Like 0.660. So bought a couple reamers and attached them to long rods. Used a chunk of wood to keep things centered-ish. Seems to be working

          Nice. Smallest ID I have is .665 brass from Ty McNeer.

          Out of stock. I bought it all (which was only 5 lengths). I might try onlinemetals.com or mcmastercar to get my hands on some more
