That IS an AutroTrracer. The kit came with a WGP slide frame- the Ranger came with a pivot frame.
Note the snap ring on the barrel at the front of the pneumatics- that's a Trracer barrel. (The AT kit came with a thin sleeve to space the Trracer barrel out to 1", so the shroud would fit properly.)
Except for the hand-drilled trigger and "ported" feed neck, that's a box-stock AutoTrracer.
Sorry William, I ended up getting this one. To the field she goes!
Man, where is the dislike button? Just kidding dude! Yeah my max last seconds bid was for $500 (including taxes/shipping, so $452.40), which was as high as I was willing to go. Have fun with it dude!
I can haz feedback?
If I owe you feedback, just remind me, as I sometimes forget.
One tip: Constantly check the bolt screw is tight. You can't check it too often- because it WILL come loose, the action will try to bend it back and forth, and eventually ruin the screw.
Timing is also a bit tricky- that's old enough it probably has the early cup-and-clip 3-way, which has a longer stroke than modern switches, and of course you can't adjust the sear for release.
We fought with a couple of those for years, back in the day, and I always wondered if modern mods, like an adjustable LPR and a better 3-way, would have helped.
