There was (is?) at least one emu roaming state land in SE Michigan in the vicinity of a very popular trail system. It startled a number of mountain bikers and reports would surface surface every so often on the trail conditions page.

Back when the emu business was booming, there were some emu rustlers. The law commented that they knew what they were doing because they found concert t-shirts at the scene. You move emus by covering their head.

Somewhere in west Texas on the road back from New Mexico, I saw several camels hanging their heads over a barbed wire fence.

              I've been trying.
Photobucket is worthless, my Imgur account won't recognize me, and while I can see it as an attachment in post, when I click it says I need to upload an image.

The other day I saw a lady kneeling by a dead deer on the side of the road, she had her hand on it's head and had her head bowed, was she praying for forgiveness over a recent accidental kill? Her car was parked by the side of the road, but it didn't look damaged.

This is such a dumb decision. Very dangerous, don’t go near dead deer on the highway. They might not be as dead as you think they are and that could end badly.

And the passing traffic. Hanging out by the roadside's just such a great idea...
