I don’t have any gun with an on-off.
Some of my bottles screw off some of my ASAs just fine gassed up and some won’t budget. I’m not exactly sure what that’s about but I think the on-off really became the norm when unreliable guns became the norm, the peak mech era. If you’re using a Phantom that’s one thing but If you have to strip your machine six times a day you want all manner of convenience. It’s also a nice safety feature for 20bps guns that doesn’t really relate to pumps which is all I ever run.
I wish I had the feature sometimes but obviously one can do without.
