My plan is to make a vest out of all the used 12grams I've been collecting. I have a 5gal bucket and a half of them now.
We made rockets out of them as a kid.Comment

The rocket part i have question. always wondered if these things could be fired like a mortar, just a tube with a nail/pin at the bottom.

You can shoot them out of a K series Sheridan. Drop it in, aim up and fire it without the 12 gram plug installed. They do not fly straight and can screw up your valve tube threads.Comment

I tried the nail in the bottom of the tube before but you need to have a really tight fit of the 12gr rocket or you lose a lot of propellent.
The 12 gram rockets we made were a dead 12ie with the face drilled out so you could fill the thing with match heads.Comment
