I've exclusively used pirateship to ship over 100 packages and I absolutely love them. They've given me free credit on my account before for speaking like a pirate in an email to them. Once they sent a Christmas email with a dog attacking a Christmas tree. I scolded them for not including a cat video and they hit me up with 3 or 4 of them, it was hilarious!

I've had to cancel one label before, no issue, credit back after 30 days. I've disputed 1 or 2 adjustments in pricing by the carrier and pirateship sided with me.

Literally one of the best companies in the world, lol.

I also only use UPS, only costs a couple dollars more on pirateship and USPS screwed me multiple times. Not a single issue ever with UPS.

Some evil scheme is behind making USPS direct website and their physical locations insanely overpriced. Maybe for some kinda evil corp takeover.

It's too bad. I ship thru paypal or ebay usually.

Yet another recommendation for pirate ship from me. These days you pretty much always get a better deal if you do something online or through an app instead of just showing up. My local paintball field gives $10 off admission for making a reservation online. Museums, Aquariums, Zoos and other tourist attractions, generally the same.Fast Food will give you deals for ordering through the app while everyone ordering at the counter or the drive through speaker pays full price. It's annoying doing research before literally any purchase, but it saves you money for sure.

Prices are up across the board even with Pirateship. Even small padded envelopes under 5 oz are like $6-7 to ship now 😵
