Regain account access

I tried to send a request through the contact us flow about regaining access to my account, TencenT. Been over a week IIRC with no response and I can't DM any admins because of new member permissions so kind of stuck. Help!

When was the last time you used your account? There was a ransomware attack about 5 or 6 years ago so if you haven't used your account in a very long time, you probably just need to make a new account (which you have already done)

The "contact us flow", was that an email or something else. The no "TencenT" account is probably the problem. Are you referring to a pre-Jun 2020 account?

Footer of the forum has a contact us link that you can only use if you're a member, I sent a help request through that.

Years ago, I used to be pretty active back when I hung out with Harb all the time, miss that guy. I was unaware all the accounts got lost, that would probably explain it. That's a real bummer

Ah... Yeah. That's me. The contact us will go to an old email I rarely look at. Maybe once a month if you're lucky. Sorry about that. As Carp said above. There is no: tencent
