I tried to send a request through the contact us flow about regaining access to my account, TencenT. Been over a week IIRC with no response and I can't DM any admins because of new member permissions so kind of stuck. Help!

When was the last time you used your account? There was a ransomware attack about 5 or 6 years ago so if you haven't used your account in a very long time, you probably just need to make a new account (which you have already done) -
