Puts might be on the menu NOV through JAN. My watchlist is mostly red the last 2 days, but tech seems to be doing well. However, half of my small watchlist is just for fun, things like GME and FNKO.

Here's a read into the future. The market never goes down ever again, because the USD is collapsing... which is fine because the Government will institute a crypto as the national currency and everyone will be able to cash out into that. But yeah bear season is more likely, I'm no fortune teller, it's been proven... inversing first instinct would be a valuable skill for me.

I was down $200 on a microsoft call expiring tomorrow. And then it makes a mid afternoon run and saves me. I need AMD to go up by a few more dollars and ill be a happy camper. Entire account is in recovery mode.

This is my last mention of my graphene penny stock play for battery-day. I mentioned it a week or two ago and it went up real real nice.

So what's the deal with "ELCORA"?

1) No fucking news for the last 2 years what are these dickheads doing very bad to investors!!!

2) But... nonetheless, they are a research company in the graphene field related to supercapacitors and batteries. If they have a big announcement, it'd send the stock parabolic like it did way back in the charts.

3) This garbage has been going down for hte last 2 years, and finally, pumped up a bit.

I have 1k of this on a join account with fam from 2 years ago, and it is FINALLY turning a profit. I'm hoping for $1.00 mark minimum for a nice 10x, or $2.00 mark for a 20x. I think this is very feasible considering this only has a market cap of 10mil, which is literally nothing. If they have an annoucnement FINALLY, it could be good. Alternatively, they could be a shit company that failed in all its research and stuff.



Edit : It appears Elcora may be obligated to provide a report in the next 10 days either stating there is or isnt a material change... as stocks on the TSX/CVE must do this it seems, and in the case of "unusual market activity" which I must assume would include going up 250% in one week. https://www.tsx.com/resource/en/432

Went all in on a BIG position in TSLA a couple weeks ago that's just been printing money. Planned on holding through the split and I'm glad I did. TSLA to the moon!

This whole run up on TSLA has me nervous though. The stock price always seems like it's just being held up by short squeeze and hype of upcoming events. Now that the split is over it'll be interesting to see what it does. Tesla has battery day coming up in September where they're supposed to reveal some big leap in energy storage so that could be catalyst for a move higher if they can pull it off.

Bottom line I've been buying Tesla shares since it was at $700 and though it would hit a ceiling at 1k and sold at $1050. After it blew through that I bought back in at $1400 and again at $2k. It's definitely feeling toppy but damn every time I doubt them the shares go through the roof.

ABR div paid out at midnight and this morning I bought a few shares of MAC with it. Not many (9 actually), but they were free, so no complaining there.

ABR was so close to a good price to start selling covered calls, and then they dipped. Would have made my call a lot safer, but I never was able to get it to sell. Tried when it was around 11.75 to sell the SEP 12.50. Now it’s too low in the 11’s to be worth it IMO.

As anyone could see coming I got destroyed on my Tesla holdings. Luckily my cost basis is about 410/share so I'm not totally screwed yet if things can turn around this coming week.

This will be back up (not sure if in a week, or in a month). I've been homeless since that last episode, but I might be able to pan-handle $200 from the government to get back on the bandwagon, if they didn't cut me off, we'll see tomorrow. If you've got like 100 bucks lying around maybe buy some 200p way out to put your mind at ease? Might be able to get 1-2 contracts very far out. (actually inverse that and just save up to average down friday or EOM). ~but I have no clue

OK I hedged for you Gave (a bit late but I was too poor when you said toppy), either you make your money back or I make mine ;p. I got the 200p expiring before batter day, if they profit I switch to calls battery day. Also bought cheapo 200ps expiring friday. I kind of splurged more than my $200 limit....
