First time I've uploaded directly to the site. Works well. Cool.
1964 alfa gt. "Giulia Sprint GT" Picked it up last sunday. Has a 2.0. Came with spare rear end front end, another 2.0 and another tranny too. And a pile of other parts. It needs a lot of work but it runs and drives now. Needs a brake master cyliinder. Rust..is there. It's been in california for over 33 years at least but its still got rust to deal with. Original color: alfa red. Timeline to project completion? Practically infinity but it had to be bought.1 Photo

'90 Dodge Dakota frame with a sand rail stuck on top now powered by 4.7L V8 from a Tundra - purposefully named, "Questionable Safety"

Hydro boost brakes and the rear is from a late model with disc brakes and rear mounted shocks. Suburban fuel tank with a Walbro 450. My wife has up a 5-speed 2017 Crosstrek and she really likes it. You get the 6-speed? I feel like hers could really use that sixth gear cause it revs annoyingly high at highway cruising speeds.
-
Jonnydread Ya it's a 6-Speed. The extra gear is definitely welcomed for overdrive but I have to downshift to fourth to make a pass. I'm averaging around 31.5mpg so I'd say it does it's job.

My wife hated the minivan so much that we ended up buying a car "just for her." which it truly is, I can't even fit in it...
2009 Pontiac Solstice Street Edition. It is "Blaze Orange" but in every picture it looks red, second pic is the best one I have of the true color.

That is a very unique and rare-ish vehicle, that y'all got her! That's second picture screams "Danger Will Robinson" to me, personally!
-
Yeah it is kind of rare, I know Pontiac was supposed to make 500 of the Street Editions but Pontiac shut down and there were only like 130 made. She has received several offers for it, much more than we paid, but she loves it too much to even consider selling it.

My now-antique submission to that sort of thing:
1965 Chevy Corvair, 3/4-ton Chevy truck/Blazer drivetrain, 4-bolt 350. Built it when I was a teen, haven't driven it in years, still have it, want to upgrade it to modern 6.0L LS and 6-speed auto, (Which I have, it's the time I don't. )

When I was single I use to keep my motorcycle in my ground floor one bedroom apt. My landlord wasn’t particularly happy about it but whatever.
-
I did the exact same thing Chuck... I had the FatBoy then and lived in a duplex with no garage... so I parked it in the dining room. Landlord said he'd prefer I not park it there I said I requested one of your units with a garage and you leased me this.
