Well I got a new(used) mill today

Well guess i jinxed myself. lol
Add the remainder of the insulation and wood to the wall. Bought and assembled a cabinet, mounted it to the wall. Got the air configuration sorted. Still need to move all of the stuff to the cabinet.

Side project number 2 fixing the garage door. Never really dug into the garage door as it has worked fairly well since we have lived here. The pulley at the end of the belt kept getting beat up from the carriage for lack of a better word running into it. The belt started slipping off the pulley since the top flange broke. After going to lowes for like the 5th time this weekend. I decided to print one. It seems to work better than the one i had there before, so we shall see if it lasts. If not I will make another.

Hopefully I can actually cut something here soon.

Well slowly chipping away at things. My focus has been on the day job stuff lately. Hoping to free up some time at the end of march to really dive in.
kid starting daycare back in january has royally rocked out immune systems and killing free time.

Now that that garage is back in order and functional. I was able to figure out a few things though first why everytime i was entering a number it was doing an incremental change. I should have been pushing write instead of enter.
I was able to pull the 3 jaw chuck off the 4th axis, as well as pull the tool setter and get the table semi cleaned up.
I dug into the control a bit more and figured out how to set the new location for the toolsetter and how to get the probe setup. vise is in the machine and trammed.

Well boys finally got a update to this thread...It is alive and doing stuff.

Well boys many months later.....She cuts feednecks at least. I still need to get more tool holders and collets and, and, and.... but we will get there.
