My headliner drooped and failed on my 2007 honda accord. So I removed the fabric, and the old adhesive has discolored the headliner board but its since dried and not very tacky anymore ( and I mean in the physical sense, I know it is Aesthetically tacky!
)
The prices I was quoted by automotive upholstery places was crazy to replace headliner.
I'm what you call frugally minded, so I think I'll just paint it , and call it a day.
My question is: What would be an appropriate interior paint I should use? Considerations are here in Ontario, the winters are very cold, and peak of summer is hot, hot hot.
