DocsMachine little update on the barrel info. I don't have an SL to test the looseness, on that. But the 68 Special is wider tolerances and will require wraps of tape or some version of plastic/metal sleeve, as is.

Can a barrel be freak bored for these markers? Or we playing with fire at that point..?

ICD. Panther, Puma and Bobcat were designed with liquid in mind. Pro-am and Pro-lite. Mokal Titan and Mirage also thrive on liquid.

Thank you, good Sir! I'm going to find out if, a barrel J&J made to fit another marker(yet, unsure of orig. threading A5?) and someone else turned it down to fit a Blazer does. Logical sense says to install it on a 68 Special, right?

I believe I've heard that Blazer barrels can be used in SL-68s, and those in turn fit 'Specials, so I think so? I have not confirmed.

Doc, I know you made extended knobs for the phantom 12 gram drop-out changer, but the hangers are near impossible to find. What are the chances you would make a small run of complete hangers?

-I'm assuming you meant "changers".

I guess I thought that EV had been making the Phantom stuff, but I admit I haven't looked to see what's available. I could certainly make a short run, but the drawback to a small run my lo-tech shop is they'd wind up on the expensive side.

That said, I'll add it to the list- maybe we can get a couple 007 owners to pitch in, too.

Doc, I seem to remember years ago you getting an Autococker body that looked like someone had gone after it with a cold chisel. IIRC you turned it into a "chipped ice block" body saving it from the scrap yard. Do you recall this and have any pictures? Some of us were discussing saved and resurrected markers and this instance came to mind and they did not remember this one. Any enlightenment would be appreciated.

I can envision such a thing, and it might be fun trying to mill one- or probably better, model then CNC it.

-You can order a Vee-Twin any time you like. They're made by order, to order. Generally speaking, a complete body kit starts around $1,800, and I can do mech semi, pump, fullsize, halfblock, even a "twin Fastback" if you like. I can leave the feed necks off and drill and tap it for a pair of Phantom stick feeds, I can make the pump grips out of any material you want- wood, delrin, acrylic, etc.- and can either supply it as a DIY body kit (you anno and assemble) or assemble a complete gun either out of parts you supply or ones I source.
