This isn’t a a bad deal if you don’t mind used that just got posted with two lenses both are thermal a clear for overcast days and tinted mirror for bright sunny conditions. Basically getting the mirror lens for free that’s like $60 to buy new.

Big fan of the JT Proshield here, particularly the older style (horizontal vents). The new ones aren't bad looking, they just don't offer as much coverage below the ear and jawline as the old ones do. The older style is only available used, which might or might not be to your liking. I don't mind a used mask, but I will replace the lens with new. Brand new Proshields are only about $55-65 last I checked.

For the really budget sensitive player, I might suggest the Valken MI-7. I know a couple of guys who play in them and they seem reasonably pleased.

Jt - Profiler - Virtue masks all can be found for a similar price, offer different fit, and looks. I'd go to a store and try on a version of all 3 and pick which one you like the best.
The Virtue masks are like a more modern version of the Profiler in my opinion, but I found my nose did not fit the Virtue as well as it does the Profiler.

As others have suggested, this is where you should spend your money. A solid mask really does make a difference in your day.

Thanks everybody for all the replies, I really appreciate the input.

I ended up going with the V Force Profiler. Found a new one in the "ghost" color scheme for $70 shipped.

I run Grillz now, but the Profiler is also a great mask. With thermal lenses, I don't see how any of these newer $200 masks significantly outperform these models.

Nice I think you will be super happy with that mask. Just be careful around the ear section putting them on an off over time they can rip but if your careful they last forever. Profilers have great lenses.

When I got my first paintball gun (a 98 custom) back in 2003, I had a green vforce mask that was actually pretty nice. Had the little flip-down chin guard too.

Replaced it with a pair of I3s when I upgraded to a Shocker SFT.

Looking back, the old green mask i had doesn't look much different compared to the newer ones.

GI just announced the Grill 2.0 which they're showing off tomorrow. Might be something to wait for?
