What would you take for just the Flatlines?

Nobody has found a solution to the 4.5k flatline seats yet? My buddy has one that needs a new seat.

Some guys are in talks on AO about trying to get something going. Having the shape machined for molds isn’t the problem. It is the material.

Look into pctfe aka kel-f. It's been used in many hp reg seats ( air america, center flag, etc)

I see a 4500 raptor rex! . Any chance you got the bonnet piece for a Armageddon reg?

I did in fact have in mind trying to recreate the seals, as I've had some success making them for others. (Notably, the Equalizer's rectangular seal.)

Also, I like the Flatline, and being an old-school type, still prefer the mounted tanks rather than screw-ins. I have something like five 3K Flats, all of which are in good condition, but of course all the tanks are long past hydro. And with decent replacement 3K tanks (non-steel ones, anyway) being basically unobtainable, I've wanted to pick up a 4.5K or two, so I can put fresh tanks on them and use 'em, even if I do only fill to 3K.

I haven't been into a 4.5, so I haven't really had a chance to research the seal or material. Can anyone link me to maybe something like the AO discussion? What, exactly, are the ussues w're facing?
