I think it actually depends on what kind of regulator you have. I have some First Strike regs and a MacDev reg. On both of those, all the ports have 1/8 NPT threads, so changing things around is easy.
The low burst disk needs to always stay where it is because that port leads to the regulated air. In other words, that air passes through the regulating part of the regulator before going to the low burst disk. The other ports, however, are unregulated. This includes the fill nipple, the gauge, and the high burst disk. Those all have ports leading to the non-regulated air that's inside the tank. So you can swap the fill nipple with the gauge without any problems. Both of those ports are leading to the same place.
As I said, however, this depends on what kind of tank regulator you have. Not all of them use the same threading for all of their ports (probably to avoid someone putting the wrong fitting in the wrong place).
And as always, be sure to completely empty your tank before changing anything. Safety first.
It looks like it’s about a 1/4-1/2 turn away I bet if you got one of the Ninja Nano gages it would spin right on. They are like $12. If you message Ninja they may send you one for free they are pretty good like that.
Can burst disc/gauge/fill nipple be shuffled around to allow for another half turn or so?
that’s more of question than a suggestion.
Maybe, if I remember right the gauges and burst disks have different threads than the fill nipple
If I'm wrong though, the only thing to keep in mind is the output burst disks needs to stay where it is (1200psi) the other 3 can move around

This is what I would do though

Dye Minidrops SUCK.
With the front of the asa even with the front of the drop and with a Ninja micro gauge it hit before the tank let air out. I don't want the asa slid back because 1) it looks dumb 2) leaves the sharp edge of the drop out there for dumb people (ME) to hit.
The solution ended up being getting a oldish CP Drop with a dovetail on it. Nothing huge. It moved the tank down and slightly forward and is shaped so that even a huge gauge would fit. Still using the Dye asa for now since its dual outlets and looks good.
