What is the size for a level 7 powertube O ring? Also are the shims suppose to go between the plastic washer then the carrier or carrier and top brass hat? This is a 68 AIR valve and everything worked fine, but now I cleaned it and it has bolt stick right before reset, then I blow out the o-ring. Yes super lubed, yes I tried red and silver springs.

Brass hat - spacer - Oring
#010 oring for power tube
The spacer allow oring compression to fit on bolt inner tube
the spacer length is use to compensate for oring tolerance from what I understand

On a semi related note I never had a problem with the original spacer spring. I never adopted the incrementally sized spacers for my original Lvl 7 and stuck with the spring until my recent "upgrade" to lvl 10.

It is supposed to go: -10 "o" Ring in the bottom, brass spacer, cap. I recently had a level 7 bolt that would leak like crazy with the urethane "O" Rings from AGD (I tried 5 or 6 different ones new from AGD) but functioned flawlessly with a buna -10 "O" Ring from the hardware store. Not sure what that is all about but it works now.
