Does anyone know the weight difference between a ss and aluminum freak barrel back? I'm curious if there is a substantial weight difference.

Figured that since it’s what you said, but it was worth clarifying.
Its definitely a noticeable difference. I couldn’t tell you the actual difference in ounces or grams but it will seriously affect the balance of your gun. If you’re familiar with the weight of the old boomstick, it’s about like that.

It's certainly a bigger difference than an aluminum barrel compared to a carbon fiber barrel.
