Vigilante Regs Rebuilds, Planet Swing Frames trigger shoes

Yo, i just scored a deal here in Canada on a parts cocker, and hooowweeee the parts!

of course I immediately have questions.....

For the Vigilante Reg, I assume I'll have to rebuild it, so do those Immortal Air , Air America Reg Seat and Pin Unireg kits they have also fit in the Vigilante?

And the Planet Eclipse swing frame does not have the PE double trigger shoe, it's something other double trigger that clearly not for this frame. It's not terrible, but it is sitting at a weird angle, and kind of looks odd, So, do you guys know of any place that might still stock the PE swing frame trigger shoe? Or even better, do one of you gents have a spare one?

you dont see those kind of drop zones hardly at all, also, that thing on the front of the rod, was actually to put your fill nipple cover on while filling you tank so you didnt lose it

never saw that feature ever again (kind of a shame really cause it would still be handy even today)

Chances are slim to none that you find a PE trigger shoe for that. I've never seen one available separately.

I'm sure any decent machinist could make a new trigger shoe. Hell, Delrin would work fine.

....maybe I'll just take some meat off the end of the trigger shoe I have (bastard file) and call it done......

I've done exactly that with a Shocker trigger to get it to fit in a smaller trigger guard. Didn't take much.

you would need the whole trigger, these weren't 2 piece with a shoe. someone modded the trigger, oof thats ruff. you'd have to modify some kind of shoe or possibly try to find an ans trigger for it, they are similar- dont know if they fit

*edit, sorry the early pe swing frames had shoes, later ones were one piece triggers

The Vigilante was basically a Unireg in aluminum. The guts were the same, so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

and my Poor Manโ€™s Orracle is getting pricier by the minute!
