    Gloves w/ palm padding

Looking for some sturdy gloves that aren't huge and bulky with good palm protection. Looking at the Mexhanix M-Pact. They do have palm padding but have read some reviews saying they wish there was more of it. Other options?

I run good leather mechanic’s gloves (fingerless). They have good palm padding (around the meat of you thumb in your pa)

    I love them

Ironclad gloves have good palm padding. They offer different ones with more or less, depending on the industry. The only downside is they mimic high end paintball glove pricing.

I don’t use Ironclad for paintball, but their leather-palmed gloves w/the rubber knuckles are fantastic work gloves. But as you said, they cost a premium.

I've had a couple versions of Mpact gloves and they were good, but the best pair I ever had were Carpenter Mechanix Gloves. Tons of padding on the palm and armor on the backs and fingers, but still slim profile and not bulky at all.

I've not found another pair ever, might have been a fluke-y thing.
And God turned to Gabriel and said: “I shall create a land called Canada of outstanding natural beauty, with majestic mountains soaring with eagles, sparkling lakes abundant with bass and trout, forests full of elk and moose, and rivers stocked with salmon. I shall make the land rich in oil so the inhabitants prosper and call them Canadians, and they shall be praised as the friendliest of all people.”

“But Lord,” asked Gabriel, “Is this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them."

Look at rope handling gloves perhaps? Bought a pair when I did tracking with my dog and used a 50 foot line line. You’d let the leash slide through your hands and the dog went out, so padding as important. Never used them for paintball though.

If you have a tractor supply near you, check out the ridgecut pigskin gloves. I've been using them for motorpickle gloves and they've held up far better than many gloves in the same price range.

Is this for Paintball or some other purpose? I ask because palm padding has always struck me as the opposite of what you want for paintball use.

I was going to ask the same question, I look for gloves that DO NOT have palm padding for paintball and was wondering why you would want it for paintball.

The different fields where I play have varying terrain and found my palms getting beat up. Or stickery plants getting in the way and leaving stickery stickers in the palm area (and all over)

I do like Ridgecut brand gloves from Tractor supply. While I do not use them for paintball (I like lightweight gloves for paintball) I am using a pair of Ridgecut Pigskin Performance pretty heavily right now. The wife and I are clearing out a crap load of holly bushes/trees that the deer have been eating on and they have gotten super spiky and these gloves have been doing a great job of protecting my tender hands. I would expect them to work for your purposes quite well.

I have a set of I believe the are made by gxg, so not the greatest quality fingerless gloves that are padded on the palms with I guess you'd called it fake leather with a tad bit of padding on the top of the hand, but I only wear them in the winter cause the palm padding is pretty beefy, they are pretty light other wise
