    EM1 Troubles

Trying to get my EM1 up and running and have been having issues.
First issue is I couldn't get velocity above ~230fps.

Tried using a Spyder bottom reg, then switched to my Palmer Female Stab, adjusting pressure between 200-500 psi, but not doing anything.
The LPR is adjusted to the point of venting then turned down half a full turn. I can't test it but I know it should be somewhat high, around 90psi.

I disassembled the whole thing, even tore down the SMC solenoid. Lubed everything with Dow 33 and put it back together.
Now the noid clicks but does not fire.

I goofed something up. Anyone have the assembly directions for each part?

Edit: not humphrey, it's a SMC solenoid

Thanks looks like I have the end cap upside down.
Long side is opposite the long indention in the body.

Make sure your ram shaft o-ring is in good shape. If it's not a perfect seal, your velocity will be difficult to get up.

Well I've been at it for a bit and can't seem to get it to fire at all now.
The noid clicks loudly but it's like no air is getting to it.
I'm not really sure where to troubleshoot. I've rebuilt the whole thing.

      Maybe the LPR?

Well I took a long hiatus to ponder on this issue. After enough time and mountains climbed I figured out why it isn't shooting.
The LPR isn't working. I can't seem to figure out why, but it just refuses to do anything except hold air in the body.

I was able to use the Raven Primal LPR and get the EM1 shooting, so the noid is good!
I ordered another LPR from the I&I sale, I'll see if I can't get it shooting well again.

Just for giggles... The ram sleeve only goes on one way, even though you can get it back in there in a second position. Make sure your holes on the ram sleeve are facing downward towards the tray. You could have just had it right when you threw your Primal sleeve on there. I know I've done this a number of times in the past.
      Working...
