I only have the 2.0 frame and I’m thinking of building a new phantom using the stock Frame and Asa. Way too much of a hassle to take this apart and put back together with all of the 007 o rings

It’s got to be the springs then. If it’s getting air.
I don’t have a lot of experience with the new 2.0 Frame I did have to put a red spring in mine to get velocity and keep it from choking up at 70*. It was a pain in the cheeks to get the grip frame port to seal up so I could use my CCM 86* frame with it. I did lose a few shots to a 12g but my marker has always been very efficient so it really didn't affect my real world shot count usage. The holes they used for adding internal air I think are too restricting I think. They were trying to save volume but I think they went too small. I bet if the bored them out to what the hardline ID it would work a lot better. It definitely adds complexity to a very simple marker. I like the mod now that I got my setup right but it wasn’t plug and play like I had hoped.
