Show me your stock class rigs

Show me your different stock class rigs, please!
Preferably you/someone wearing them, so I can get an idea of what I want.

It’s been years and I’m literally still carrying 12G’s in my pockets, sometimes my dump pouch, mixed with empty tubes.

I have a tube belt, but I’m not necessarily sold on that either.

Show me how you carry your tubes/12g’s!

I don't have a pic, but i picked up a neoprene shotgun belt. run 12 grams in the first few spaces on the left then capless tubes for the rest.

Here is what I used last year. Granted I usually play CA with tubes.

I usually run a joyride pack, but thats been losing tubes on me so I have been wearing the joyride as a belt, and attaching a leg drop to run my tubes. The 12ies would just go on the 4x holder on the belt when I run stock class.

Santa got me a bitching pb mafia sc rig last year, but I havent busted it out yet as Im usually in a rush to hit the field, and I end up just taking my old set up on the go.

After my DBD pack wore out, I caved and bought a PBMafia joyride. 100% worth the money.

Tbh I still haven't found a way to carry 12 grams that I like. I've been using the horizontal loops that the joyride has but they are very tight and the band has enough play to make them difficult to remove.

Probably going to invest in a boomerang or 3D print something.

I used my Joyride religiously for years, but now that I found caps that I like I use a standard buckle shotgun shell waist harness. It's easy to adjust, it's light, and it's cheap so I don't feel bad if I beat the shit out of it. I got a drop pouch from those dudes at Slim's and it's by far my favorite. I have a little velcro wristlet that I attach to the belt for 12g.

I've had a couple of these, best way to go for a budget setup for sure

I don't have a photo of me wearing it, but my go-to is the Joyride pack. Instead, here are the photos from the Topstitch page. Take an ordinary pod pack, replace the back with fifteen capless tubes, add a carrier for four twelve grams on the side. There you go. I don't even need a dump pouch since I can reinsert the empty tubes upside down and instantly feel which ones are empty and which are full.

I have a drop 10 thigh harness thingy with a drop pouch for spent 12g and tubes.

If I need more than that, I take a second drop pouch full of tube and reload the drop 10 somewhere on the field.

          I'll take a picture later tonight 👍

I run a joyride as well….used to run it capless…currently working with HandMade Paintball to try to get something lighter and faster.

I’m hoping he’ll have something worked out for me by Stocktoberfest

I often run the Joyride (15 tube) for larger outings like Slims games I find I need more than the 50 shots my Gauntlets give me. The joyride is a great pack. It puts all your tubes on your back so they’re not exposed and rarely get shot. However, you need to run a dump pouch with it, because putting the tubes back into the pack while wearing it is impossible. It also has to be removed to be refilled. Kind of annoying especially if you’d like your pack adjusted just right.

Or I run Two WtF Gauntlets for Rec play or Fast turn over games. I like that I can slide the tubes right back in the Gauntlets so no need for a dump pouch. I also don’t have to remove the pack to fill it. So I can just throw a bag of paint in a squirrel sack and drag it with me wherever I go. Downside is you expose a beautifully hard surface for paint to break on every time you snap shoot.

For 12g I use an elastic shotgun shell buttstock holder I put in the inside of my wrist fits under my gauntlet really nice and keeps em close for a quick change out and are protected from getting shot inside on my forearm. I keep it on my right change with my left. I don’t even have to take my eyes off target to change out. it’s the best solution I have found for my play style. + They are like $6 on Amazon I replace them every few seasons.

I didn’t like the drop leg harness, I felt it got in the way when sliding in crawling around. I found the chess rigs to be too restrictive especially because I like a loose fitting denim jersey. I couldn’t get the chess rigs to fit comfortably. It’s also a really nice hard surface for paint to break on Right on your chest.

I will once again add to the ever-growing number of Joyride users.

I got away from the dump pouch by dumping spent 12grams in my pocket (typically 1 or 2 at most in a normal game), and empty tubes get flipped and re-inserted. The rounded end makes it pretty easy to guide back in.

I use the stock 12gram holder, carried on the left side with the butt end of the 12gram pointing left. Unscrew bucket changer with left hand, dump spent 12gram in pocket, put open end of changer on new 12gram, use thumb or finger to push it out of the loop into the bucket, screw back onto gun. Pretty quick when you get used to it.

I used to run all kinds of pouches and even a ranger vest but ever since Splattttttt passed away in 2020 I've been using this arm rig that I got off of WISH and I love it. Beaten the crap out of it and it's still working great.

Do you transfer the gun to your left hand to reload? If I was using a gauntlet or something similar, I usually kept it on my right arm since that's the hand that was holding the gun the majority of the time.

I prefer it on the opposite arm so I switch hands while reloading, I tried it the other way but it was too awkward since I was used to using belt pouches for so long.
