Would any aftermarket Ion bolt work in this marker? Also, could I swap out the regulator for an aftermarket like a Nova, CP, or Dye? The lower receiver has a shroud that covers the stock reg and I’m worried about clearance and I’m also concerned about functionality because the whole stock reg setup seems different.

I too have one, and now I'm pissed as I bought it back in 2022, and paid $320 (including tax) for it! Now I'm debating buying a second one because it's $170, and yet I don't need a second one. I have to say though, it might be the worst trigger pull I've ever encountered.

I wonder if a thicker trigger pin and lighter trigger spring would make the pull better?

I bought mine way back at $400 because I'm an idiot. I had seen the youtube video promoting the Raider. Then no Raiders were listed at any of the big paintball sites. I saw one listed on Ebay and jumped on it, thinking I would have one of the few ever released. Now, they have given me proof of why I should never pick stocks. Oh well. It's still a unique marker.

For the reg, can you unscrew it, is it a standard ASA thread?

I picked up a Shocktech Supafly Ion bolt so I’ll definitely let the community know if it works or not. As far as the reg goes , I’m unsure until I get it in hand. I’ve been eyeballing the female inline Custom Products reg as a replacement. I’m not sure it would be a performance improvement at this point. Ergonomically I think it will be though. I plan on taking a dremel and cutting off the milsim reg shroud, replacing the reg with the female custom products, and putting an exalt regulator grip on the new CP.
Good ideas, or no, and leave it as is?

I got it in today and I gotta say I’m a fan. I running in on a 68/45 Ninja tank with SLP reg (300psi) and it’s shooting very nice!
I bought a pack of Dorman brand universal vacuum caps from AutoZone and cut out a small portion in the middle and slipped it over the trigger like a shoe. Fits great and reduced 90% on the trigger pull. I used the largest cap in the pack and moved the top hook of the spring over to the hole on the left (there are two holes for the spring to attach at the top)
I dropped in a Shocktech Superfly Ion bolt and had some problems getting her to seal. You need to swap the 2 O rings on the front of the stock bolt to the aftermarket bolt. I just played it safe and swapped all the O rings to the Superfly. The O ring sizes are Urethane 90 Dur -010 and Buna 70 2mm CS x 16mm. Works perfect now. With that being said, the stock bolt is very nice. It actually weighs the same as the Superfly, it’s one piece aluminum, and plenty of porting for airflow. The Shocktech bolt was not an upgrade. It changed the sound signature to a “softer” sound but that was about it.2 Photos
