Did some more testing. I went down to 00 and still has bolt stick. Tried a 0 and it won’t hold on to the bolt. So went back to the 00 and lots of oil. Still have bolt stick. It also cycles when it pressurizes. That may be the LPR, so not worried about that right now. I may just have to break this thing in.

As per superman's advice, and my own curiosity, I went to the 0 carrier twice. Once with the same seals from the 00, and once with new. Both resulted in a slight leak down the barrel, and still has bolt stick. I'm, thinking the bolt behavior may be something else. If I go to a larger carrier, the slight leak will get bigger. I'll take a video of what's happening and share. At this point, I'm worn out from taking the thing apart and reassembling so many times. Although, I've gotten quite fast at it. Taking a break until tomorrow...

        Happy Memorial Day to everyone.

I finally circled back to this thing today. I ordered more seals and they’ve all worked great. No leaks at all! I started working through the carriers, starting at 0, and up to 1.5. Still got that bolt stick. I’ve oiled up everything, every time I change to a new size. Including the o-ring seat, outer on the buna o-ring, and the tip of the bolt so the inside of the carrier o-ring gets some oil. Since I can’t order carriers above 1.5, what should be tried next?
