    Autococker Cocking Rod Bumper replacement?

    Hello paintball enthusiast,

I’m looking for a cocking rod bumper for my 2k1 blue piece of shit. Said piece of shit failed four ways at supergame Oregon. LPR reg seal gummy beared, pneumatic LPR seal turned into a gummy bear and poof went my hoses.

Can you get something locally at a hardware store that works as an alternative to ordering the bumper from Autococker parts?

You won't confuse them for automag reg seats either!

I’ll dig around the fittings fasteners and plumbing washers isles at the hardware store.

I really just wanted to check if anyone had the perfect solution that they use from the local hardware store.

Find a piece of tubing that is thick walled enough and slice a section of it.

          Sorbothane Washers:

Regardless you just need something small to keep the end of the rod from beating a dent into the back block. O-Rings, Nylon Washers, Rubber Washers...etc all work

I've been using thin neoprene sheet metal grommets with great success.

              These specifically
