Should I locktite the hammer lug or will that just make it a pain to adjust later

also when attaching the pump arm should I thread it all the way onto the ram or should I leave a few threads showing, this is a trilogy build if it matters

I would say yes to blue on the hammer if there's no nylon set screw because otherwise with lug will definitely walk itself out of time.

Maybe install the lug with loctite outside the hammer and wait for it to cure. Then break the loctite while it's still outside the gun; install the hammer; then adjust to time. Loctite will still have some friction even after it's broken, but not as much as when it's cured in place. And you won't run the risk of having the hammer stuck in the gun.

Metal pick. Don't be afraid to bend it into the shape you think will work best.
