CGA 320 valve & old 9oz tank question

Does anyone know if a CGA 320 valve (with the wonderfully large knob) will screw into a paintball tank designed for normal pin-valve ASA?

I want to just want to pick up one of those “faucet” looking valves and put it on a 9oz I already have, instead of having to source one of those overpriced 2” diameter co2 tanks for automotive use.

Trying to put together a Sheridan “cali” build with a stock I’m picking up from Alexndl

    thanks in advance fellas!

That might be a more usable route (and easier to service on the field). Some of those remote ASA have a setscrew holding the knob, it would be easy enough to make a little adapter to mount that valve knob instead.
