3d Print 007 Pump handle

Hi folks,

I'm restoring a lovely old Nelspot 007 and need a pump handle. I have an STL file, just looking for advice on suitable material? PLA, PETG or ASA?

Perhaps something else???

PETG work for pump handle, I made several with this material

ASA is good too but is much harder to print. Use ASA if you can, but PETG should be enough.

PLA is not ideal for paintball parts used outside

I plan on making mine out of petg. I just designed a smooth handle if you want the stl file.

Wow! That's a cool pump handle 😎 Mine is a replica type stock one. I found a local company that can do it in ASA so hope it's okay. I guess since I'm paying, I don't have to worry how hard it is to print 🤣



So after a clean and a Cold-bluing bath, she's looking like this. Planning on fitting Phantom internals.

Asa will give you better UV resistance than the other materials listed so if you are having someone else print it anyway, you made the right material choice in my opinion.
