I've found that de-natured alcohol (80% ethanol ~ 20% mineral spirits) works better than isopropyl or methanol.
And a 20 guage shotshell will perfectly fit in a paintball barrel, the plastic case fits but the brass base is too big.

The Goat cleaner dawn powerwash. Trust me try it, whole new world. That plus a magic eraser, kids stains never stood a chance. But don’t use the magic eraser on your barrel or markers etc… because that’s basically disintegrating sandpaper.

Fun fact.. magic erasers are just melamine sponges. You can get them way cheaper if you just buy them as such..

its an Amsco - reliance sonic 550.

i have not used it in awhile and dont feel like going through all the testing procedures; thats why its offered as free. (company still sells parts as far as i know). Fun fact, the manual says to draw a line in pencil on a strip of paper, if everything is set up right, it will remove the lead.

i got it and used it a few times. i just dont rebuild carbs, firearms, and markers like i used to. if it could make somebody's life easier, id be happy to give it to them.

for me its alcohol, soap and water, and patience...

i used to make this too. Once I found out dawn powerwash is the same but with a foaming nozzle. I just buy that when it goes on sale. The foam speeds up the cleaning

This has been floating around the internet for a while -

• Pour 13 fl oz (380 ml) of water into an empty container.
• Mix in 4 US tbsp (59 ml) of blue Dawn Original Dish Soap.
• Add 2 US tbsp (30 ml) of rubbing alcohol.
• Shake the container to combine the ingredients and spray away!

if youve got a printer I did up a barrel scraper tip in PLA that your need a dowel rod for. itll let you scrape without gouging the barrel.

nope, its cupped with an edge to it, being a plastic it will be safe for barrels with the only concern being a fiber style barrel.
